Q: Why do I need to apply for a merchant account?
A: You need to have an Internet merchant account to process credit cards. This is to encourage your customers to buy on-line (see merchant account application for more details).
Q: How do I get a FREE 'build-it-yourself' e-store?
A: Submit your merchant account application and add this item to your order. You will receive an Order ID. We will send your application to
CardService. Once it's approved, you'll receive a MID (merchant account ID) from CardService. Submit the MID, Order ID, your company information at MID Submission form and we will reply you with a link. With this, you can build your own free e-commerce website. You can also have us building
it for you, for a fee (see Place your Order). The only monthly charges is from CardService (see merchant account application for more details).
Q: Your fee is so low, how do you make money?
A: We make money from referrals.
Q: Since the merchant account application is free, why do you still need me to 'check out'?
A: Your information with us is secured. When you 'check out', you'll receive an Order ID, this allows us to identify you when you decided to use
our service in the future. To get your free e-commerce website, you need to submit your MID & your Order ID at MID Submission form.
Q: If I decided to use your service, how do you know what I want?
A: Once we received your order, we'll send you a link to a web page where you're required to to fill out some forms and answer some simple
questions. Here is where you select the layout, colors, font size, font types and the written contents. See sample forms
Q: How soon can I see my e-commerce website 'live'?
A: Once you have submitted the information we need, we will build your e-commerce website according to the item(s) on your order. Your website
will be 'live' once we present you a link to your website.
Q: What if I wanted to make changes to my website?
A: When we present you a link, we'll also provide a user name & a password. Use that user name & password to log in to the admin area,
there you can make changes, view your orders etc.
Q: How do I view my orders?
A: Go to the Admin page. Use your user name & password to log into the 'Partners Admin'. Once you're in the 'Management Area', you
can view your customers' orders by clicking onto the 'List' which is under 'Order'.

Q: Do I need HTML knowledge to build my e-commerce website?
A: No. Upon registering, you'll be able to to log into the the website builder page. This is where you can build your website by just pointing ,
typing & clicking. No downloading is needed.
